The client of this new build organic fertilizers factory project, Anhui Jialefeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd., is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, sales and technical consultation of organic fertilizers; comprehensive utilization of crop straws; utilization of agricultural wastes; harmless treatment of dead animals.
In April 2018, the client company built the construction project of a harmless centralized treatment center for sick and dead animals in Tianzhuang Village, Chengguan Town, Guzhen County. The 6-6.5t/h fertilizers factory project will build 2 new organic fertilizer plants and supporting facilities, with an annual output of 45,000 tons of organic fertilizer after completion.
Note: The customer's existing fertilizers factory project is MBM organic fertilizer.

This organic fertilizer factory project will add 2# and 3# organic fertilizer production plants in the factory area. After the organic fertilizer factory project is completed, from west to east, it will be 3# organic fertilizer plant (organic fertilizer finished product warehouse), 2# organic fertilizer plant (chicken manure drying workshop), 1# organic fertilizer factory workshop (the harmless disposal workshop of sick and dead chickens) is convenient for the transfer of materials in the organic fertilizer factory. In addition, the organic fertilizer factory project is surrounded by farmland.

This 6-6.5t/h organic fertilizer factory project uses special closed vehicles to regularly collect chicken manure in various farms.
The chicken manure used in the organic fertilizer factory project is collected and used immediately, and is not stored in the organic fertilizer factory. The recovered chicken manure is transported to the organic fertilizer factory and directly into the feeding bin.
The chicken manure is transported from the feeding bin to the high-humidity material dryer using a double screw conveyor. The chicken manure dryer adopts a closed drum design.
After the chicken manure is added, use raw materials The biomass burner blows the hot air generated by biomass combustion directly into the chicken manure dryer machine to dry the materials. The inlet temperature is about 300°C and the outlet temperature is about 60°C.
The moisture content of chicken manure is reduced from 70% to 30% and then transported to the finished product warehouse by belt conveyor.
