The customized 6t/h organic fertilizer manufacturing plant project covers an area of 7,000㎡ and a total construction area of 3,500㎡, including production workshops 1500㎡, fermentation workshop 1200㎡, warehouse 600㎡, auxiliary buildings 200㎡ and roads, greening, water supply and drainage, fire protection and other auxiliary projects.
The 6 tons per hour new build organic fertilizer manufacturing plant project purchases organic fertilizer turning machine, organic fertilizer crushing machines, screening machines, manure pelletizers, dryers, air coolers, packaging machines and related auxiliary fertilizer manufacturing machine.
The 6tph easy to operate organic fertilizer manufacturing plant cost is 3 million yuan (471,000USD), of which 300,000 yuan (47100 USD) is invested in environmental protection. 2. Straw: Straw is the general term for the stem and leaf (ear) part of mature crops. Usually refers to the remainder of wheat, rice, corn, potatoes, rape, cotton, sugar cane and other crops (usually coarse grains) after the seeds are harvested.
More than half of the products of crop photosynthesis exist in straw, which is rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium and organic matter, and is a multi-purpose renewable biological resource.

The crop straw purchased from the 6t/h organic fertilizer process plant project is transported to the organic fertilizer factory by car or tractor for temporary storage.
According to production needs, it is pulverized into the required specifications by a organic fertilizer pulverizer for backup. The required organic fertilizer materials particle size of the spare straw is ≤2cm and the moisture content is about 30%.
The construction unit uses special vehicles to collect livestock and poultry manure on a regular basis in each farm. The livestock and poultry manure used in the project is collected and used immediately, and is not stored in the organic fertilizer factory.
Mixing is to mix the straw with a moisture content of about 30% and the raw materials of livestock and poultry manure with a moisture content of about 75% according to the proportion, and then mix with auxiliary materials (such as biological strains) by animal poultry livestock manure mixing equipment for mixing.
The mixed raw materials are piled up in regular strips in the fermentation tank of the fermentation workshop for aerobic fermentation. At the same time, a organic fertilizer turning machine is used to distribute the materials in the fermentation area evenly.
Under aerobic conditions, the bacteria species multiply under suitable humidity and temperature conditions, eroding organic matter, promoting the transformation of organic matter (straw, feces), and causing nitrogen fixation and phosphorus removal.
Potassium and other elements are precipitated, and this organic fertilizers production process makes organic matter components mature and decay into organic fertilizers.
The material in the composting area is tossed once every 2 days, so that the bacteria and the material are fully mixed. The fermentation period is about 7 days, and the composting temperature is about 65~70℃. In winter, the materials are covered with plastic film to keep warm, and they are stacked open in other seasons.
After at least 7 days of composting with an average temperature above 55°C, most of the organic matter has been degraded. Due to the reduction of organic matter and the accumulation of metabolites, the growth of microorganisms and the rate of decomposition of organic matter are slowed down.
The composting temperature begins to decrease, and the microorganisms enter the subtractive growth phase.
At this time, the materials on the site can be turned over by forklifts and turners to decompose. At this stage, the remaining organic matter is further decomposed, decomposed, dried and stabilized.
The decomposed raw materials are sent to the fertilizer pelletizing process, and then sent to the fertilizer pelletizer machine through the conveyor for granulation.
The biological deodorant used by microorganisms in the fermentation and decomposing stages of the 6t/h organic fertilizer manufacturing plant project has eliminated most of the odor in the material. Therefore, there will be no odor in the organic fertilizers granulation and subsequent processes.
The pelletized manure fertilizer are sent to the dryer by the belt conveyor, and are dried by low temperature and large air volume through the organic fertilizers dryer (the inlet temperature is about 250°C, and the outlet temperature is about 60°C) so that Remove some of the moisture from the granules.
The dryer is electrically heated, and the moisture content of the dried manure fertilizer pellets is about 20%.
The dried organic fertilizer pellets are sent to the air cooler for cooling.
The pelletized manure fertilizer after cooling is sieved, the screen aperture is generally 5mm, the granular organic fertilizer that does not meet the requirements is returned to the fertilizer granulation process for re-granulation, and the fertilizer pellets that meets the requirements is re-granulated. Fertilizer goes to the next step.
Qualified fertilizer pellets are packaged and put into storage for sale.
Water supply: The fertiliser company water supply is supplied by the municipal water supply network. The water used during the operation period of the 6t/h fertilizer manufacturing plant project mainly comes from the domestic water of the employees and the green water.
Among them, the domestic water consumption of employees is 0.5t/d (150t/a), and the greening water consumption is 104t/a, so the annual water consumption of the 6t/h organic fertilizer manufacturing plant project is 254t/a.
Drainage: The drainage system of this 6t/h organic fertilizer manufacturing plant project adopts the separation system of rainwater and sewage.
The rainwater is collected by the drainage pipe network in the fertilizer manufacturing plant area and then discharged into the rainwater ditch on the road outside the fertilizer manufacturing plant area. If the discharge coefficient of domestic sewage generated during the operation period of the organic fertilizer processing plant project is 0.8, the amount of domestic sewage generated is 0.4m³/d (120m3/a).
The domestic sewage of the fertilizer manufacturing plant project is treated in a septic tank and used as the raw material of the fertilizer manufacturing plant project after treatment, and will not be discharged outside.
The power supply of the organic fertilizer manufacturing plant project is drawn from the municipal power line. After being transformed by the transformer in the organic fertilizer manufacturing plant area, it can meet the electricity demand of the enterprise, and the annual power consumption is 150,000 kwh.
The raw materials entering the organic fertilizer manufacturing plant project and the organic fertilizers leaving the factory are transported by road. The roads in the organic fertilizer manufacturing plant area are designed to separate the flow of people and logistics to prevent cross-contamination, and strictly limit the vehicles entering the factory.
In order to avoid the peculiar smell caused by the transportation of raw materials from affecting the sensitive points along the transportation route, the EIA requires that the transportation route of livestock and poultry manure should be reasonably selected, the road conditions should be better, and the transportation through sensitive areas such as the main urban area of the city should be avoided.
Avoiding transportation during peak traffic hours; during the transportation of livestock and poultry manure, strengthen transportation management, seal transportation vehicles, and prohibit omission and throwing along the way to avoid secondary pollution during transportation.
The total construction area of this organic fertilizer manufacturing plant project is 3500㎡. The project workshop is divided into production workshop, fermentation workshop, finished product warehouse, office and other components.
