Physical and chemical properties of raw and auxiliary materials

1. Biological bacteria: mainly EM bacteria (microbial beneficial bacteria), non-toxic and odorless, fused with 17 kinds of domesticated flora, among which the bacteria of the decomposed substrate are:

  • Photosynthetic flora: produce glucose, naturally sweeten and color, eliminate H2S, NH3, etc.;
  • Growing flora: can promote the growth of plant roots, stems and leaves;
  • Yeast flora: produce vitamins, growth promoters, decompose organic substances, increase disease resistance;
  • Lactic acid bacteria: secrete organic acids to improve plant disease resistance;
  • Actinobacteria (filamentous bacteria): secrete quantitative antibiotics at the initial stage to inhibit disease.

Bacteria that help soil improvement and plant growth include:

  • Nitrogen-fixing bacteria: fix nitrogen molecules in the soil as nitrogen sources to produce nitrogen sources for plant growth;
  • Phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria: dissolve insoluble phosphate in soil and convert it into phosphorus, iron, calcium fertilizer, etc.;
  • Potassium solubilizing bacteria;
  • Nitrifying bacteria: convert organic nitrogen into nitrate nitrogen for plants to absorb;
  • Bibacteria. Biological insecticides: thuringiensis (Bacillus thuringiensis), photobacterial bacteria, woody bacteria, mycorrhizal bacteria, actinomycetes, fluorescens, avimonas, etc.

More than three kinds of compound bacteria promote each other and complement each other, and the anti-soil-borne disease effect is far greater than that of a single strain. Beneficial flora cooperate with each other and work together, which can make crops achieve high yield and good harvest.

2. Straw: Straw is the general term for the stem and leaf (ear) part of mature crops. Usually refers to the remainder of wheat, rice, corn, potatoes, rape, cotton, sugar cane and other crops (usually coarse grains) after the seeds are harvested.

More than half of the products of crop photosynthesis exist in straw, which is rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium and organic matter, and is a multi-purpose renewable biological resource.

Bio organic fertilizer manufacturing process flow

  1. Pulverization——how to make organic fertilizer:

    The crop straw purchased from the 6t/h organic fertilizer process plant project is transported to the organic fertilizer factory by car or tractor for temporary storage.

  2. Mixed——how to make organic fertilizer:

  3. Fermentation——how to make organic fertilizer:

    The mixed raw materials are piled up in regular strips in the fermentation tank of the fermentation workshop for aerobic fermentation. At the same time, a organic fertilizer turning machine is used to distribute the materials in the fermentation area evenly.

    Under aerobic conditions, the bacteria species multiply under suitable humidity and temperature conditions, eroding organic matter, promoting the transformation of organic matter (straw, feces), and causing nitrogen fixation and phosphorus removal.

    Potassium and other elements are precipitated, and this organic fertilizers production process makes organic matter components mature and decay into organic fertilizers.

    The material in the composting area is tossed once every 2 days, so that the bacteria and the material are fully mixed. The fermentation period is about 7 days, and the composting temperature is about 65~70℃. In winter, the materials are covered with plastic film to keep warm, and they are stacked open in other seasons.

  4. Decomposed——how to make organic fertilizer:

    After at least 7 days of composting with an average temperature above 55°C, most of the organic matter has been degraded. Due to the reduction of organic matter and the accumulation of metabolites, the growth of microorganisms and the rate of decomposition of organic matter are slowed down.

    The composting temperature begins to decrease, and the microorganisms enter the subtractive growth phase.

    At this time, the materials on the site can be turned over by forklifts and turners to decompose. At this stage, the remaining organic matter is further decomposed, decomposed, dried and stabilized.

  5. Granulation——how to make organic fertilizer:

    The decomposed raw materials are sent to the fertilizer pelletizing process, and then sent to the fertilizer pelletizer machine through the conveyor for granulation.

    The biological deodorant used by microorganisms in the fermentation and decomposing stages of the 6t/h organic fertilizer manufacturing plant project has eliminated most of the odor in the material. Therefore, there will be no odor in the organic fertilizers granulation and subsequent processes.

  6. Drying——how to make organic fertilizer:

    The pelletized manure fertilizer are sent to the dryer by the belt conveyor, and are dried by low temperature and large air volume through the organic fertilizers dryer (the inlet temperature is about 250°C, and the outlet temperature is about 60°C) so that Remove some of the moisture from the granules.

  7. Cooling——how to make organic fertilizer:

    The dried organic fertilizer pellets are sent to the air cooler for cooling.

  8. Sifting——how to make organic fertilizer:

    The pelletized manure fertilizer after cooling is sieved, the screen aperture is generally 5mm, the granular organic fertilizer that does not meet the requirements is returned to the fertilizer granulation process for re-granulation, and the fertilizer pellets that meets the requirements is re-granulated. Fertilizer goes to the next step.

  9. Finished products——how to make organic fertilizer:

    Qualified fertilizer pellets are packaged and put into storage for sale.

Water supply

Water supply: The fertiliser company water supply is supplied by the municipal water supply network. The water used during the operation period of the 6t/h fertilizer manufacturing plant project mainly comes from the domestic water of the employees and the green water.

Drainage
