The terrain of the organic fertilizer manufacturing plant area is flat, with a slight slope from north to south. The vertical design is adapted to local conditions, and the slope is 3% to 5% depending on different sections, in order to make reasonable use of the natural slope.
Rainwater from the organic fertilizer manufacturing plant area is discharged outside the site along both sides of the road in the organic fertilizer manufacturing plant area. The indoor and outdoor height difference of the organic fertilizer manufacturing plant building is determined according to its relative position and the requirements of the slope of the drainage system.

In the livestock and poultry manure transported into the biofertilizer manufacturing plant, a special zeolite biological deodorant is connected. The specific method and dosage is to take 2kg/t of special zeolite biological deodorant and 1kg/t of liquid strain according to the quantity of livestock and poultry manure, adopt the method of feeding and inoculating bacteria, and use manual or auxiliary equipment to remove solid and liquid.
The odorant is evenly spread on the surface of livestock and poultry manure, and then it is transferred to the next cleaning procedure. Use a loader to turn over the deodorized livestock and poultry manure, with manual turning method to remove all sundries such as iron wire, bricks, cement blocks, plastic, wood, glass, rags, etc. After the miscellaneous work is completed, it also plays a role in the mixing of bacteria.
Use a forklift to send the cleaned livestock and poultry manure into the fermentation tank, and at the same time crush a certain proportion of auxiliary materials and add them to the fermentation tank to mix and ferment with the livestock and poultry manure. The daily ingredients are 1/8 of the tank length.
The accumulation thickness of the fermentation materials in the tank is 80-100cm. The continuous aerobic fermentation is carried out by natural ventilation and the oxygen provided by the contact between the materials and the air. The fermentation period is 7-8 days.
Under the transportation of the vertical and horizontal traveling mechanism of the turning and throwing machine, the high-speed rotating round rake continuously throws, scatters and produces a certain displacement of the fermented materials, so that the materials move backward in a regular and equidistant manner in the tank.
The fermented materials are transported away from the end of the fermentation tank every day, and the space vacated at the front of the fermentation tank is supplemented with new fermentation materials, thus forming a continuous fermentation process.
The automatic and intelligent control of the fermentation turning process can be realized, and the moisture content of the organic raw materials after fermentation is generally 20%~35%.
After fermentation and storage for days, pulverization is performed, and the fermented organic material is dried, pulverized, and sieved.
In the production process of a series of special fertilizers, according to different soil conditions and different crops, inorganic nutrients and concentrated organic matter and trace element minerals are added to make the fertilizer contain a variety of nutrients required for plant growth such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, manganese, etc., according to the formula, the nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and the fermented materials are mixed by computer, and the conveyer is sent to the horse sheep chicken cow manure granulator for making fertilizer.
Since the production of biological fertilizers is based on organic matter, there are many celluloses, poor molding conditions, and the addition of live bacteria that can make fertilizers, and the organic fertilizer production process is not suitable for high temperature exposure.
Disc granulation and drum granulation methods are not suitable for the material preparation method, because these two processes require high pulverization of raw materials, and generally have a water content of about 30%. For this reason, the drying load is large and the effective bacteria The loss is also large, and the ball formation rate is low (about 60% to 70%).
During the organic fertilizer production process, the dust is very large and the operating environment is very poor, so it is not conducive to the production of organic biological fertilizer. Ring die organic manure pellet machine extrusion should be used to produce better.
Ring die organic fertilizer pellets granulator extrusion has low requirements for raw material crushing and high forming rate ( 95% or more), the pelleted chicken manure have low water content after molding, and the drying conformity is very small, which can reduce effective bacteria flying and lose dust, and the operating environment is better.
The raw materials enter the chicken cow dung fertilizer making machine, and pass in an appropriate amount of steam to bond them into granules. After granulation, the materials are sent to the dryer through a belt conveyor for drying. The manure pellets diameter is 3.0-4.0mm, and the granulation rate is greater than 70%.
In the production process of biological fertilizers, not only the water content of the pellets after molding generally exceeds the target, and low temperature drying is required, but also the water content of the organic raw materials after fermentation is about 30% to 40%, and the water content of the pellets after granulation by animal manure pellet granulator. Generally, it is between 15% and 20%, and it needs to be dried.
Therefore, the drying section is an indispensable and important process in the production of biological fertilizers. It directly affects the output, quality and energy consumption. It is very important to choose the model and specifications of the rotary dryer for fertiliser reasonably and to control the biofertilizer manufacturing plant process conditions.
In order to avoid the death of effective living bacteria due to high temperature during the drying process, the drying temperature of the material should not be higher than 60℃ (usually 50℃). For this reason, the temperature of the hot air in contact with the material should be based on the moisture content of the material It varies from one to another.
Generally, it should not exceed 130°C. It is best to control the temperature of the hot air in sections to improve thermal efficiency and avoid the death of effective live bacteria.
There is a secondary granulation zone in the front of the rotary dryer for fertiliser, and the material can realize secondary granulation in this zone. Then the material is lifted up by the lifting plate for sufficient drying. The tail of the dryer is sucked out by the exhaust fan through the pipe, and then enters the settling chamber to settle.
The dried material is sent to the organic fertilizer cooler by the belt conveyor for cooling. The cooling process is mainly to use a fan to send natural air into the cooler through a pipe to cool the material. The air direction in the cooler is countercurrent, passing through the fan and the pipe. The exhaust gas drawn into the settling chamber is treated the same as the drying exhaust gas and then discharged into the atmosphere.
The cooled fertilizer pellets are screened, and the large fertilizer pellet are crushed together with the sieved powder into the return belt and conveyed to the granulator for re-granulation by organic fertilizer granulator machine, and the finished product enters the automatic packaging system for packaging.

The roof adopts reinforced concrete cast-in-place slab, polystyrene board insulation layer, and SBS waterproof layer. The outer wall is made of 370mm thick sintered brick wall, and the inner wall is made of 240mm thick sintered brick wall.
The inner and outer walls are plastered with cement mortar and painted with white paint; the floor is floor tiles, the door is made of aluminum alloy casement doors, and the windows are aluminum alloy windows. . Brick strip foundation is used under the wall.
