The client of this 115 tons per hour super large compound and concentrated animal feed factory project, Qingdao Zhide Animal Nutrition Co., Ltd. of Shandong Province, China, acquired the feed equipment, feed plant and land of Qingdao Fenghui Feed Co., Ltd. located in the north of Xingwu Road, Yuanshang Town, Laixi City, Qingdao City, and invested 50 million yuan (785200USD) to build an annual output of 240,000 Tons of feed manufacturing project.
The big animal feed factory project covers an area of 23083m² and a building area of 17,160m². The planned construction period of the turnkey project feed factory was 200 days, and it was put into production in the same year. After the full automatic feed factory project is completed, it can promote the development of local planting and breeding industry, promote farmers' income, increase agricultural efficiency, and solve the employment of more than 100 people.
The customer of this large scale animal feed mill factory project invest in a feed manufacturing project with an annual output of 360,000 tons, with a total investment of 120 million yuan (18850000USD). It will be constructed in two phases. The current compound and concentrated feed factory project is a phase 1 project with an annual output of 240,000 tons. The development model of the livestock industry cluster integrating processing, feed production, breeding chicken breeding, chicken hatching, and commercial chicken breeding is introduced into the local area.

How to handle the process in the animal feed factory? Animal feed manufacturing process is a key link to start a feed mill factory.
Maize, barley and other raw materials need to be crushed, and other powder materials do not need to be crushed. This industial animal feed mill factory project uses 2 sets of feeding systems to feed separately.
Corn, barley and other granular materials are put into the feed inlet and lifted by a bucket-type fast elevator into the cylinder for initial cleaning and screening.
After the high level difference, it directly enters the crushing bin for pulverization, and the crushed raw materials directly enter the batching bin through the high level difference. The powder that does not need to be crushed directly enters the batching bin through the powder feeding port.
The amount of granular material used in the 115t/h animal feed production factory project is 48,000 t/a. The granular material is screened before crushing, and the impurities such as iron filings and crushed stones in the raw materials are screened out.
The amount of impurities produced in the primary cleaning screen is based on the raw materials. If the amount is 0.01%, the amount of impurities sieved out is about 4.8t/a.
According to the animal feed mill factory formula, input all kinds of raw materials into the computer, and the computer will automatically weigh the ingredients according to the program.
The prepared materials are automatically put into the mixer for mixing. The mixing mainly adopts a double-shaft paddle animal feed mixer. After each material enters the animal feed mixer machine, the mechanical action of the blade makes the material gradually mixed evenly.
The large feed mill factory project products include concentrated feed and compound feed. After the ingredients are mixed, the concentrated feed product is obtained. The concentrated feed product is directly packaged into the finished product warehouse; the compound feed needs to be further processed through the feed mill pelletizing process.
The large animal feed processing factory project adopts thermal granulation method for granulation. The granulation process uses steam modulation. The 115t/h automatic animal feed processing factory project uses a 2t/h gas boiler to provide the steam required for granulation.
The main purpose of pelleting is to improve palatability, increase feed digestibility, reduce animal picky eaters, avoid automatic grading of feed ingredients, and kill Salmonella in animal feed.
After the material is compressed, it is ventilated and cooled. Cooling is a physical process that reduces the moisture inside and outside the feed to the qualified moisture range.
The cooled compound feed is sieved by a sieving machine to screen out qualified products, and packed into the finished product warehouse. The powder under the sieve is re-entered into the granulator for granulation.

The water used in the large capacity animal feed mill factory project is mainly boiler water and domestic water, and the water supply is supplied by the Laixi municipal water supply pipe network.
