How to build a poultry and cattle feed mill factory? The poultry and cattle feed manufacturing project report that I will share today is such a mixed feed processing project.
The customer of this 85-90t/h high level large cattle poultry chicken feed making factory expansion project, Huaihua Zhengda Feed Company, built the "Huaihua Zhengda Co., Ltd. Annual Output 180,000 Tons of Animal Poultry Cattle Feed Production Factory Project" in October 2012, and the poultry and cattle feed factory project was put into operation in May 2014.
Due to the development of the customer's feed enterprise, the poultry and cattle feed factory project has undergone renovation and expansion from 2018 to 2019.
The scale of the renovation and expansion will be a livestock and poultry feed factory with an annual output of 240,000 tons, which means an annual increase of 60,000 tons of production capacity, and the poultry cattle feed manufacturing process will remain unchanged after completion.
The original 180,000-ton cattle poultry feed manufacturing factory for this project was not built by us, but during the negotiation process of this reconstruction poultry cattle feed factory project, due to the advantages of feed factory design plan, poultry cattle feed equipment quality and price, we successfully got this 85-90tph fully automatic poultry & cattle feed mill factory project.
The high standards large scale cattle poultry feed manufacturing factory project has a labor force of 200 people (no new personnel after reconstruction and expansion), a one-shift system, 8 hours of work per day (night business), 300 days of operation throughout the year.
And an increase in the daytime during the 3-month peak period (August, September, and October) Half a shift, that is 4 hours a day, 90 days of operation, a total of 2760 hours. The feed mills factory for cattle poultry project has a staff canteen.
The large svale poultry and cattle feed factory company covers an area of 72,000m² (108 acres). The total poultry cattle feed mill factory construction area is 16,450m². The purpose of disinfection in this high quality high return poultry & cattle feed manufacturing factory project is to prevent and control infectious diseases of livestock cow and poultry, prevent cross-infection of trucks in the poultry cattle feed factory or bring the virus into the company through vehicles and personnel entering the poultry cattle feed mill factory.
The purpose of this is to ensure the biological safety of the 85-90t/h poultry cattle feed factory, and to ensure the feed produced by the company does not carry the virus, to ensure that there is no cross-contagion when the vehicle loads the feed in the poultry cattle feed factory.
Therefore, foreign vehicles entering the cattle poultry feed mill factory must be disinfected for personnel and vehicles. When personnel enter the personnel disinfection channel for disinfection, then the vehicles are disinfected and cleaned.
The disinfection of personnel and vehicles requires the consumption of disinfection and washing water, and the disinfection uses benzalkonium chloride solution.
Benzyltrimethylammonium chloride solution is a cationic surfactant, green and safe, non-irritating and corrosive, safe to the poultry cattle feed factory environment and water body, natural decomposition, even if it is spilled in drinking water or feed, it has no toxic and side effects to animals.
This product has a strong effect on killing pathogenic microorganisms, and has a strong effect on Escherichia coli, Pasteurella, Staphylococcus aureus, Erysipelas suis, Bacillus anthracis, Streptococcus pyogenes, blue ear virus, pseudorabies virus, pig Plague virus, foot-and-mouth disease virus and other pathogenic microorganisms, such as fungi, molds, mycoplasma, etc., have a powerful killing effect.
Vehicle disinfection and cleaning will produce disinfection wastewater. The wastewater is deposited in the sedimentation tank and discharged into the urban pipe network to enter the local sewage plant for treatment after the sewage is discharged, the vehicle needs to be dried after disinfection.
The dryer uses electric energy and no exhaust gas is generated. After the vehicle is dried, it is carried into the poultry cattle feed machine factory plant production area to pick up the goods. After the pick up, it does not need to be disinfected before leaving the cattle poultry feed manufacturing factory.
Purchase the raw materials that meet the poultry cattle feed factory production requirements and store some of them in the raw material warehouse for later use. The rest are directly discharged into the raw material receiving port and sent to the bucket elevator via the scraper conveyor to be lifted to the top of the main workshop to remove debris.
The raw materials are removed from impurities and then removed from the permanent magnet cylinder, and then sent to the silo for standby. The raw materials such as corn, bean curd, barley and other granular items are crushed by a feed grinder machine in the crushing section, and then sent to their respective intermediate storage bins after crushing.
According to the ratio of the poultry cattle feed mill factroy feed formula, all powdered raw materials (including feed additives) are electronically metered from the respective intermediate storage bins and then sent to the double-shaft high-efficiency animal feed mixer for sufficient mixing, and the mixed powdered materials enter the granulation warehouse for pelleting.
Powdered material is sent to the cattle feed pellet machine conditioner, the fiber in the feed is softened by adding steam, the temperature is kept below 60℃, and the water content is kept at 12%-13%. The conditioning room needs more than 30-40s to stay time.
The quenched and tempered material enters the poultry chicken cattle animal feed pelleting machine for granulation, after granulation, it is cooled to room temperature by the countercurrent cooler, and then crumbled into the finished product by the feed pellet crumbler. The finished product is then sieved and then packaged, and the under-sieve is used as powdered feed for sale.
