Turn "waste" into "fertilizer"! Senegal organic fertilizer project from livestock manure is put into production

Green is the background color of agricultural development. Recently, an organic fertilizer production project invested by a Senegalese agricultural company was put into production.

In the organic fertilizer production and processing workshop of the project, after fermentation, composting, sterilization, deodorization and other processes, the livestock manure and sewage in the breeding base and surrounding towns are comprehensively utilized, so that the manure and sewage that once polluted the environment have now been "transformed" into organic fertilizer, promoting the development of green breeding and recycling agriculture and helping local rural revitalization.

In the organic fertilizer production and processing workshop, workers skillfully operate loaders to ferment livestock manure, grind, screen and transfer it. After a while, the machine "spits out" black powdered organic fertilizer. Workers on the side pack, transport and subpackage, and bags of organic fertilizer are neatly stacked on one side of the factory, like a hill.

The manure produced by breeding has always been the most troubling problem for breeders, especially when the local temperature is high, which makes the farm not only smell bad, but also easy to breed mosquitoes.

Therefore, in order to solve the manure problem and increase the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure, the client of this project invested 700,000 US dollars, taking the manure produced by breeding as the entry point, collecting livestock manure from farms and surrounding farmers, and transforming the manure that was originally avoided into organic fertilizer that is beneficial to agricultural production through processes such as decomposition, maturation, fermentation, sterilization and deodorization.

After the project was completed, the workshop greatly improved the production speed and output, promoted technological progress while ensuring nutrient balance and stable quality, improved the pass rate, stimulated R&D capabilities, developed better products, and effectively controlled pollution emissions, standardized waste treatment, established scientific systems and operating mechanisms, and created safer and more comfortable working conditions for employees.

In the next step, we will continue to improve the technology and management level, ensure the output and quality of organic fertilizers, provide high-quality fertilizer products for more farmers and agricultural industries, and contribute to the environmental protection cause. At the same time, it will also contribute to the development of the enterprise and help rural revitalization.

At present, this project of producing organic fertilizer from livestock manure has been completed.

After it is put into production, it will further promote the development of local ecological cycle agriculture, solve the pollution problem caused by livestock manure to the environment, improve the rural living environment, improve resource utilization, increase agricultural production and increase income, achieve sustainable economic development and a virtuous cycle of livestock economy, and truly turn local livestock manure into benefits and waste into treasure, and stimulate new vitality for rural revitalization!

In order to ensure the quality of organic fertilizer produced, the customer company will regularly test the relevant indicators such as nutrient content, heavy metal content and harmful substance content in the fertilizer, so that the fertilizer can be turned into treasure and promote agricultural development.

In addition, after the organic fertilizer production line project is completed, we will strengthen technical training for the project, improve scientific and technological quality, and conduct special lectures to train farm employees and breeding personnel on harmless treatment of farm waste to improve their operating skills and service skills.

At the same time, we will select technical personnel to stay on site regularly, and work with farm technicians to further supplement and improve technical information, facilities and equipment, production processes, etc., providing solid technical guidance for the smooth implementation of the project.
