Thailand biomass pellet production project is about to be put into construction

The project construction links mainly include equipment selection, procurement and installation, factory (workshop) renovation, new and supporting outdoor yards, roads, walls and other ancillary projects. The overall construction period of the biomass pellet project shall not exceed 8 months. The customer company strives to start the project construction and complete it within 2025.

In terms of expected production capacity, the design scale of the biomass pellet production line to be built this time is a maximum output of 20 tons/hour. If the project can be successfully constructed and operated, it is expected that after the project reaches full production, it can be planned to produce 100,000 tons of material pellets/year.

Under the condition of achieving the expected input and output, the average annual income of this project during the operation period (10 years) is calculated to exceed 12 million US dollars.

According to the current market situation survey, the price of biomass pellet fuel made from different raw materials is different. The market price of straw pellet fuel is 80-150 US dollars/ton, and the market price of miscellaneous wood and pine wood pellet fuel is 100-150 US dollars/ton.

The initial raw materials of this project are self-owned and purchased mountain field tending residues, logging residues, wood chips, wood scraps and other forestry wastes. The price of biomass pellet fuel for this project is conservatively estimated to be 120 yuan/ton.
