Australia biomass pellet project is about to be put into production

Recently, the Australia 30,000-ton annual biomass pellet project undertaken by RICHI Machinery is about to be put into production. The project will effectively solve the problem of local agricultural and forestry waste disposal, promote resource recycling, and turn waste into treasure, injecting new vitality into local green development.

Walking into the production site of this 10-ton Australia biomass pellet fuel, you can see that the workers are busy installing the final parts of the factory.

After two years of careful preparation, the project was approved by the relevant government departments in August 2024 and is expected to be officially put into production in mid-April 2025. After production, this will become a local biomass pellet fuel production base.

Biomass pellet fuel is clean and environmentally friendly, low cost, high thermal efficiency, and convenient to obtain materials. It is an excellent substitute for diesel, natural gas, coal and other fuels.

In 2024, the client of the project, an agricultural and forestry technology company, revitalized idle assets, built a new biomass pellet plant on the basis of existing public and auxiliary facilities, introduced an automated production line for biomass pellets, and used waste wood, straw, etc. as the main raw materials. After crushing, pressurization, and densification, it was made into biomass pellet fuel.

These seemingly useless and widely sourced "wastes" are transformed into valuable energy resources after a series of processing links, fully achieving the purpose of resource recycling, turning waste into treasure, and improving quality and increasing income.

This biomass pellet project mainly collects agricultural and forestry waste generated in the agricultural and forestry production process, processes it into clean and environmentally friendly fuels with high density, easy storage and combustion resistance, and mainly sells it to local residents and factories for heating fuel and industrial biomass boiler fuel. It is a new type of energy that is renewable, low-carbon, environmentally friendly, clean, efficient and sustainable.
