Germany 100,000-Ton Annual Biomass Fuel Pellet Plant Project Goes Into Operation

On December 6, the German biomass fuel pellet production line project undertaken by RICHI Machinery was officially put into operation and was reported by local TV stations on the same day.

With the construction of the local ecological environment, the area of ​​afforestation continues to increase every year, and a large number of garden prunings have nowhere to be disposed of. The annual amount of local garden greening waste is about several million tons. If a large amount of waste resources are not fully utilized, it will have an impact on the environment.

Based on this, the project client, a local energy company, invested in the construction of a 100,000-ton annual biomass pellet fuel plant, covering an area of ​​15 acres, which can dispose of nearly 120,000 tons of garden greening waste and large wooden garbage every year, effectively alleviating the disposal pressure of garden waste resources locally.

Biomass pellet fuel can be used for civilian heating in winter, which also reduces carbon dioxide emissions. Biomass energy is a zero-carbon renewable energy source. After being made into pellets, it can be stored and transported over long distances, providing a new idea for coal substitution.

After more than six months of intensive promotion, the demonstration project designed and constructed by RICHI Machinery was officially put into operation on December 6. The biomass fuel pellet plant project includes crushing, pulverizing, drying, pelletizing, cooling and packaging sections. RICHI designed the optimal solution based on the original plant environment of the project.

Crushing

Conveying
