Indonesia 6-8T/H high-end Aquatic Feed Project Is About To Be Put Into Production

The Indonesian 50,000 tons per year (Phase I) high-end aquatic feed project undertaken by RICHI Machinery is about to be put into production! The project targets special aquatic markets such as white shrimp, tilapia, catfish, and tuna.

This project is an aquaculture and aquatic feed processing company in Indonesia. With its differentiated mature feed, it has a good product sales volume in the local area and is a veritable dark horse among local feed companies. The fish feed production line adopts a unique maturation processing technology. The shrimp feed is steamed at 95 degrees for about 1 hour, and the fish feed is also steamed for about half an hour. Its functions are:

1. Maturation and sterilization to reduce the incidence rate;
2. Improve digestibility, remove anti-nutritional factors, and grow fast;
3. Improve gelatinization rate, increase stability, and do not spoil water;
4. The temperature is not high, just like steaming rice, and the nutrients are retained;
5. It can help breeding customers achieve great breeding benefits.
