RICHI Helps Saudi Arabia Camel Feed Processing Plant Project Construction

As nutritious camel milk and related products are increasingly favored by consumers, Saudi Arabia, known as the "Camel Kingdom", has fully tapped the advantages of local camel resources, promoted the camel industry to shift towards scale and specialization, and boosted the development of the Saudi Arabia's animal husbandry economy, so it invested in this camel feed production line project.

The project client is a Saudi agricultural and animal husbandry technology company. The annual production of 50,000 tons of high-end ruminant camel feed project built in cooperation with RICHI MACHINRY has been officially put into production recently.

Equipped with TMF fully mixed fermented diet production line, 15,000 mu of forage planting base and raw material storage warehouse, the output can supply 50,000 camels, which can basically meet the current demand for milk-producing camels in Saudi Arabia and provide stable and unified standard products for the development of Saudi Arabia's camel industry.

• Hammer mill: optimized base structure design, smoother operation; different hammer arrangement schemes can be selected for different applications, with better crushing fineness; improved coupling structure, faster and more convenient maintenance.
• Double-shaft high-efficiency mixer: more uniform mixing; can add multiple liquids and solids at the same time, precise spraying, easy control; top flip liquid addition pipeline, easy and quick replacement and cleaning nozzle; full-length door unloading, fast unloading speed, extremely low residue; silicone sealing strips are used to ensure that there is no leakage during the mixing process.
