The production project with an annual output of 20,000 tons of shaped biomass pellets runs for 300 days a year and produces 66 tons of rice husk pellets per day. It runs for 8 hours a day, which is an 8 tons/hour rice husk pellet production line project. The project purchased 4 rice husk pellet machine, each of which is equipped with a raw material hopper branch. The actual total investment of the project is 1 million RMB.

The actual total investment of the project is 1 million RMB, with an annual output of 20,000 tons of shaped biomass pellets. The basic situation of the project is shown in Table 1:

The process of this project has strict requirements on the moisture content of raw materials. According to the information provided by the construction unit, the moisture content of the raw materials purchased in this project is less than 12%, and the moisture content of the finished product is not higher than 5%.
(1) Raw materials
The raw materials are stored in the raw material warehouse, and the raw materials are transported through the airtight duct, and loading and unloading dust will be generated in the raw material warehouse.
(2) Hoist lifting
The materials transported by the air duct are lifted to the next process through the hoist, and dust will be generated in this process.
(3) Dust removal by dust collector
The material lifted by the hoist is dusted by the dust collector and then transported to the raw material hopper. Dust will be generated in this process.
(4) Granulation machine granulation
The material in the raw material hopper is transported to the feed inlet of the granulator due to the action of the center of gravity. Under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure, the water vapor is discharged to the atmosphere through the pipeline in the form of water vapor, and the water vapor is condensed into liquid water through the pipeline and discharged to the septic In the tank, the raw materials are compressed into shaped biomass particles, which are transported to the next process by a belt conveyor. Electric heating is used in the granulation process. This process generates dust.
(5) Conveyor belt
After being processed by the pelletizer, the formed biomass particles fall from the discharge port to the sealed belt conveyor, and are transported to the elevator by the sealed belt conveyor. This process generates dust.
(6) Hoisting and cooling
The elevator lifts and conveys the formed biomass particles to the raw material hopper, and adopts air cooling during the conveying process. The front cooling process is closed and uses electric energy. This process generates dust.
(7) Bagging and storage of finished products
After cooling, the formed biomass particles are temporarily stored in the finished product hopper, and some finished products are bagged and sealed in the finished product warehouse. This process generates dust.
