The project is located in Shanxi, China. The project is a 25 tons/hour large cattle sheep poultry feed pellet production line. The design is to produce 400 tons of feed pellets per day and 120,000 tons of feed pellets per year. The actual production capacity is relatively small, 6,000 tons per year. The feed factory project can produce various animal feeds such as cattle feed, sheep feed, pig feed, chicken feed, horse feed, and rabbit feed.

1.Basic Situation of 400 Tons/day Cattle Sheep Poultry Feed Plant

  • Project name: Construction project of feed production line with an annual output of 120,000 tons;

2. Project Content and Scale

The project covers an area of ​​11769 m2, with a total construction area of ​​7,700 m2. The main construction content includes: premixed feed production workshop, pellet feed production workshop, raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, office laboratory building, staff dormitory, canteen and other related supporting facilities.

4. Layout of 400 Tons/day Sheep Cattle Feed Pellet Production Line

The general layout of the project is divided into two parts: the office and living area and the production area. The gate of the enterprise is located in the north of the factory; the production area is mainly composed of main workshop, raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, power distribution room, etc. The living area is mainly composed of office buildings, canteens, and staff dormitories. Due to the small number of people in the project, the flow of people and logistics share the same entrance and exit. The functional division is clear, and the production, office and auxiliary facilities are relatively complete. Therefore, the layout of this project is more reasonable.

5. Consumption of Raw and Auxiliary Materials and Water Balance

The main raw and auxiliary materials of the project are corn, wheat; soybean meal, cotton meal; trace elements, etc., all of which are purchased from outside and transported to the factory by automobile. See Table 2-3 for specific usage.

6. The Main Process Flow of 400 Tons/day Cattle Sheep Poultry Feed Plant

A. Raw material cleaning

The raw materials pass through the cylindrical primary cleaning screen, the cone primary cleaning screen, and the permanent magnet cylinder to clear the stones, rope ends, paper chips, wood chips, etc. in the raw materials.

B. Smash

After the cleaned raw materials are measured, they enter the crusher for smashing. Dust will be generated in this section. The company has installed a pulse bag filter for dust removal.

C. Ingredients

Strictly follow the formula and measure various raw and auxiliary materials before mixing.

D. Mix

The prepared raw materials enter the mixer through the elevator, which is a closed device;

E. Granulation

The material is stirred evenly with saturated steam in the modulator through the modulator, and the prepared material enters the granulation chamber, and is squeezed by the roller to the ring die and passes through the hole of the ring die to form granules. This section will produce hot blast stove waste gas and treat waste gas.

F. Cooling

The materials enter the cooler for cooling, so that the materials are cooled to 2-3 degrees higher than the room temperature.

G. Classification

After the material is cooled, it enters the grading sieve, and the finished product can be obtained by replacing the grading sieve according to the product size.
