Troubleshooting and solution: Check the equipment foundation to ensure that it is stable and without shaking; check the parts in the gear box and replace damaged parts; check the bolts and tighten the loose parts.
Unreasonable design of the feed port, excessive moisture in the raw material, unreasonable gap between the roller and the ring die, and inappropriate compression ratio of the ring die.
Troubleshooting and solutions: Improve the design of the feed port and optimize the flow path of the raw materials; control the moisture content of the raw materials to avoid excessive moisture; adjust the gap between the roller and the ring die to a reasonable distance; adjust the appropriate ring die compression ratio according to the characteristics of the raw materials.
Motor overload, poor ventilation, too high or too low power supply voltage.
Troubleshooting and solutions: Check the motor load to avoid overload operation; clean the area around the motor to ensure good ventilation; check the power supply voltage and adjust it to the normal range.
Raw material hardness is too high, the ring die or roller material is not suitable, and the installation is improper.
Troubleshooting and solutions: Check the hardness of the raw materials and select the appropriate ring die or roller material; replace high-quality RICHI ring die rollers; ensure that the ring die or roller is installed correctly and maintain the appropriate gap.
Hoop wear; improper installation; improper transmission plate, wear ring, ring die; foreign matter in the ring die; using too thin a ring die.
Troubleshooting and solutions: Update the clamp; correctly install the clamp of the ring die; correctly install the wear-resistant ring and the flange of the clamp; do a good job of removing iron and impurities. Use RICHI Machinery high-quality ring dies and ring dies with reasonable parameters.

Due to excessive steam addition (only for raw materials that are particularly sensitive to temperature and humidity); too thick ring die; poor steam quality and high water content; insufficient conditioning of raw materials; too large gap between roller and ring die; excessive wear of roller and ring die; poor formulation or too large crushing particle size.
Troubleshooting and solutions: less steam should be added; ring die thickness suitable for raw materials should be used; readjust the air supply system; increase steam addition or extend conditioning time; readjust the gap; replace roller and ring die; adjust formulation or replace small-aperture screen.
