This Romanian customer has seized this market opportunity and invested in the construction of this output of 2-2.5t/h, with an annual production of 4000-8000 tons of renewable energy wood pellet plant project for pelletising sawdust.

At present, we have exported more than 10 pellet production lines to the United States, covering the processing fields of wood pellets, hemp pellets, chicken manure pellets, grass pellets, and cattle feed pellets. This is also our seventh pellet production line project built in the United States. This project is a large 10 tons/hour wood pellet production line. The customer's main raw materials are waste wood.

This is customized small wood pellet factory design, the materials are wood strips, straw and bamboo powder. The client is a bamboo product processor that will produce 2,500 tons of biomass pellet fuel annually using existing bamboo resources and purchased straw. These pellet fuels will be used as biomass boiler fuel in local factories.

The total investment of the 4-5 t/h wood pellet plant in Argentina project is nearly 400,000 US dollars, and the construction area is 1600m². The project will build a biomass pellet production line, including 2 wood biomass pellet machines, 1 wood drying machine, 1 wood pellet hammer mill, etc. After the project is completed, the annual production of biomass pellet fuel will be 10,000 tons.

This 1-1.2t/h wood pellet production line in Angola project was signed on 2020.06.01. The pellets produced by the project will be sold in Angola for use in industrial biomass boilers and small-scale biomass power generation.

On December 15, 2022, the project was signed. Cost of this 1-1.5t/h small wood pellet factory in Moldova is 208,000 USD. The client company specializes in the production and sales of biomass wood pellets. The client already has a 2-ton wood pellet production line. Based on the increasing demand for wood pellets, the 1-1.5t/h small wood pellet factory in Moldova project is new investment from clients.

The 2-2.5 t/h biomass pelletizing plant in South Africa uses various raw materials such as wood chips, wood chips, straw, hay, tree trunks, etc. to process biomass pellets.

50,000-3,000,000 USD, this is the biomass pellet project cost. This price is mainly the equipment cost, and the cost of raw materials, civil engineering, personnel, and energy must be added. In addition, there are many scattered expenses from project approval to project completion, but in general, the main investment in building a biomass pellet line project is concentrated in equipment, raw materials, personnel, and energy costs.

Yes, most customers will use more than one biomass feedstock. The feedstocks can be similar, like straw and hay, or very different, like wood and palm waste. Depending on the type of feedstock, we will customize the biomass pellet processing process to suit your feedstock. No matter how difficult your feedstock is to handle, no matter how high the moisture content is, no matter how many feedstocks you have, RICHI Machinery will have a solution. This is our promise.
Generally speaking, it takes 15-90 days to build a biomass pellet production line. If all processing equipment, construction equipment, installation equipment, and personnel are ready, it can often be completed within the specified time depending on the output of the biomass pellet production line.
