Country: Portugal
This is a small capacity 1-2t/h biomass wood pellet production line in Portugal project undertaken by RICHI. The project covers an area of about 426.67m2. Due to market price fluctuations and the addition of environmental protection equipment, the actual total investment and environmental protection investment of the project are higher than the total amount estimated during the environmental impact assessment. The actual total investment is 120,000 US dollars, of which the environmental protection investment accounts for 11.3% of the total investment.

In order to meet the market demand for biomass pellets, the client, a furniture factory, used its idle factory buildings to purchase 8 equipment such as pellet machines, belt conveyors, and air compressors to build a new biomass pellet production project. The wood pellet production line in Spain project has a total of 5 employees, working 8 hours a day, and 300 operating days per year.

The client of this 1-2 t/h sawdust pellet production line project is a furniture factory from Italy, which has abundant raw materials. This 4 t/h napier grass pellet production line in India project is mainly used to process napier grass fuel pellets. As a major agricultural country, India has abundant agricultural and forestry waste resources. In view of this, this Indian customer seized the market opportunity and built a new napier grass pellet production line in India project with an annual output of 10,000 tons using local waste crop resources such as elephant grass, miscanthus and straw.

Unlike other grass feed production line projects we have built in the United States, due to its abundant hay resources, after three years of project and equipment inspection and market research, this American customer finally purchased this grass pellet production line from RICHI Machinery. The raw materials used in this grass pellet production line are mainly miscanthus, hay, flax straw, etc.

This 3-4t/h wood pellet production line in Poland project, with an investment of US$350,000, is a biomass pellet palnt project with an annual output of 5,000 tons. The pellets processed by this project are mainly for sale, and some are used by the wood mill for its own use.

50,000-3,000,000 USD, this is the biomass pellet project cost. This price is mainly the equipment cost, and the cost of raw materials, civil engineering, personnel, and energy must be added. In addition, there are many scattered expenses from project approval to project completion, but in general, the main investment in building a biomass pellet line project is concentrated in equipment, raw materials, personnel, and energy costs.

Yes, most customers will use more than one biomass feedstock. The feedstocks can be similar, like straw and hay, or very different, like wood and palm waste. Depending on the type of feedstock, we will customize the biomass pellet processing process to suit your feedstock. No matter how difficult your feedstock is to handle, no matter how high the moisture content is, no matter how many feedstocks you have, RICHI Machinery will have a solution. This is our promise.
Generally speaking, it takes 15-90 days to build a biomass pellet production line. If all processing equipment, construction equipment, installation equipment, and personnel are ready, it can often be completed within the specified time depending on the output of the biomass pellet production line.
