This forestry and agriculture waste biomass wood pellet mill plant project mainly builds finished product workshop, production workshop and raw material workshop (fully enclosed steel structure greenhouse).
The entrance and exit are located on the west side, adjacent to National Highway 324, with convenient transportation and convenient transportation of products and raw materials; the raw material yard workshop is located on the west side of the forestry and agriculture waste biomass wood pellet mill plant project.
The production workshop is located on the east side of the raw material workshop; the living area is located on the north side of the forestry and agriculture waste biomass wood pellet mill plant project.
The production workshop and product storage yard of the forestry and agriculture waste biomass wood pellet mill plant project are all closed with greenhouses; the prevailing wind direction in Anlong County is the northeast wind all the year round, and the exhaust gas discharged from the dust removal facilities has little impact on the living area.
The functional zoning in the area is clear, the pipeline transportation is short and fast, the raw materials, auxiliary materials and products are easily accessible by freight, which facilitates the reasonable layout of the biomass pellet production process.
The forestry and agriculture waste biomass wood pellet mill plant project is for the production of biomass fuel particles. The water used in the forestry and agriculture waste biomass wood pellet mill plant project is mainly the domestic water for employees and water for water film dedusting.
There is no production waste water. The water is provided by the water pipe network of Anlong County. The water used for water film dust removal is 5m³/d, which is recycled and not discharged, and the loss rate is 2%. Fresh water needs to be supplemented with 0.1m³ every day, and the annual supplementary water volume is 30m3.
The sewage in this biomass wood pellet mill production line project is mainly domestic sewage, and no production wastewater is produced. The proposed project has a capacity of 10 people, all of whom are nearby villagers, and will not be accommodated in the biomass wood pellet mill production line.
According to the Industrial Water Quota of Guizhou Province, if the domestic water consumption is 50L/person.d, the water consumption is 0.5m³/d (150m³/a).
Note: The wood pellet mills production line project works 300 days per year. The amount of wastewater produced is calculated as 80% of the water consumption, and the amount of domestic wastewater produced is 0.4m³/d (120m³/a).
The main pollutant factors of wastewater are COD, NH3-N, SS. The pollutant concentrations were determined as COD: 300mg/L, NH3-N: 25mg/L, SS: 200mg/L, BOD5: 150mg/L.
The domestic sewage is regularly cleaned and used as fertilizer for the surrounding farmland after being treated in the self-built septic tank in the wood pellet mill plant area, and is not discharged outside.
The rainwater on the roof of the wood pellet mill plant building is drained externally, the rest is drained internally, and the rainwater from the road surface is collected and discharged outside the wood pellet mill plant area.
The fire protection of the wood pellet mill plant project shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of "Code for Fire Protection in Architectural Design".
After drying, the material is transported to the biomass pellet granulator by the conveyor belt, and fed by the white belt feeding equipment of the wood pellet press granulator.
Under the combined action of the wood pellet making machine and the scraper, the material is evenly spread on the ring die of the wood granulator, and then the material is extruded into the die hole, and the material undergoes the process of forming and maintaining the shape in the wood pellet making machine die hole.
Due to the increased pressure in the wood granulator, the particles themselves undergo deformation and plastic flow, and a large amount of heat is generated under the action of friction, resulting in the softening of the lignin contained in the raw material, the increase in adhesion, and the softening of the lignin. The combined action of lignin and the inherent cellulose in the biomass makes the biomass gradually form.
After a certain period of time, the biomass is extruded into a cylindrical shape by wood pellet press, and the wood pellet press rotating cutter cuts the pelletized biomass to form a cylindrical shape to sent out. No binder is added during the compression molding process for this 5000t/a biomass waste wood pellet mill plant project.
