Fish feed mill plant cost is usually between 50,000-3,000,000 USD. This price generally refers to the price of a full set of equipment (excluding silo system). In addition to equipment investment, the cost of raw materials and formula, personnel cost, civil engineering cost, water, electricity and gas cost, etc. should also be considered. If you want to build a fish feed mill project, feel free to contact us for equipment quotation.
We can provide 0.1-60t/h aquatic feed project equipment and engineering services, with a minimum output of 100kg/h, usually for single-screw extruded fish feed projects. If a twin-screw extrusion process is used, the minimum output is 1t/h. If it is shrimp feed processing, the minimum output is 200kg/h.
For standard feed pellet machines, that would be 10-30 working days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according to customers' specific requirements, it would be about 30 working days . If you purchase a complete feed production line, it will take 30-90 days to deliver.
Depending on the nature of the fish feed mill project and the clients requirements, RICHI Machinery will perform the necessary client performance tests before the equipment is despatched.
Where required, RICHI Machinery will build a purpose built test rig, to simulate the product in its intended operating environment. The customer is invited to witness these tests. Typically, testing involves, Mechanical cycle and/or load testing, Electrical performance / verification testing and Pneumatic and/or Hydraulic testing.
Yes. RICHI has extensive in-house manufacturing facilities including both machining and fabrication. The company is known for its ability to manufacture complex bespoke items, however in addition it manufactures many batch products.
RICHI manufacture aqua feed equipment, and each item is depatched with the appropriate stainless steel engraved nameplate indicating, for example, its design, tested and operating conditions together with confirmation of compliance to the appropriate standards.
RICHI Machinery have extensive inspection facilities. All products are inspected either at the end or throughout the manufacturing process to ensure conformity to specification/drawing. Fabricated products and welds are inspected in a number of ways, including Visual, MPI, DPI, Radiography and Ultrasonic inspection.
