Animal Feed Factory Project

This is a pet food processing plant in Indonesia project, which mainly processes cat and dog feed with an annual output of 10,000 tons. This is also the first pet production line built by RICHI in Indonesia and the 22nd pet feed processing project built worldwide.

This is a pet food manufacturing plant in Australia project. The customer mainly produces dog food. The customer purchased 120 main production equipment such as extruders, grinders, drying boxes, pet feed dryers, sprayers, etc. from RICHI MACHINERY to build a fully automatic pet food production line. The project has a labor quota of 30 people, three shifts, 8 hours per shift, and 300 days of work per year.

The client of this 8t/h grass alfalfa pellet production line project is an agricultural company in Kazakhstan. Based on the prospects of alfalfa and alfalfa pellets, the client invested 650,000 US dollars to establish alfalfa planting and alfalfa pellet processing business.

This is a Russian forage pellet production line project, with a scale of 30,000 tons of forage pellet production line per year. The products include alfalfa pellets and straw pellets, which will all be used as ruminant feed. The total investment in equipment for this large grain straw alfalfa pellet production line in Russia project is 420,000 US dollars, with a labor quota of 30 people, a single shift system, 8 hours of work time, and a total production of 300 days a year.

This is a pet food production line in Japan project, and it is also our first export of feed equipment to Japan. Prior to this, we have exported biomass pellet processing equipment, organic fertilizer processing equipment, and cat litter processing equipment to Japan. In January 2024, we finally received our first project order in Japan. The customer will build a 2-3 t/h cat and dog puffed feed production line.

This is a large-scale ruminant cattle and sheep feed pellet production line in UK project, the raw materials include grain and alfalfa. The pellet size processed by this project is between 4-6mm. The equipment investment of this project is 1.33 million US dollars, and it will produce 180,000 tons of ruminant feed annually, and build production workshops, finished product warehouses, silos, laboratories, office buildings, dormitories, canteens and related supporting facilities and equipment required for the project.

The client of this 10-15t/h ruminant sheep cattle alfalfa grass pellet production line project is from Tunisia and runs a seed company. Based on the prospect of ruminant grass feed pellet processing, the client invested 590,000 US dollars to build a grass pellet production line for sheep and cattle feed production. The raw materials used in this project are mainly grass and grains.

This is a large-scale Argentine alfalfa pellet production line project. The project uses 60-70% alfalfa and 30-40% grain. The project will process full-price cattle feed. The project is divided into two phases. The first phase project with an annual output of 60,000 tons of alfalfa pellets has been completed.

The customer of this 15-20t/h grass alfalfa pellet production line in USA project is from the United States, and it is used for its own large-scale dairy farm. Based on the very large demand for alfalfa pellets, after purchasing alfalfa pellets for a long time, in order to save feed costs, it plans to invest in a large-scale alfalfa pellet production line. In addition to supplying its own dairy farm, the remaining alfalfa pellets will be mainly sold in California.

This is a large TMR beef feed production line project, which is built in three phases. The project mainly uses forage, grains and distiller's grains as the main raw materials, and will produce 180,000 tons of TMR feed and distiller's grains feed annually. The final products of the project are pellet feed and briquette feed.

This 10-12t/h ruminant grass pellet production line in Australia project is a grain + grass pellet production line project, which mainly uses forage and grain as the main raw materials for processing ruminant feed pellets. The client of this project is from Australia and operates an animal product company. Based on the prospects of ruminant feed processing, this large ruminant feed processing project was invested and built.

The client of this project is from the United States and runs his own large cattle farm. As the scale of breeding continues to expand, feed consumption is also increasing. So the client invested 560,000 US dollars to build this 10-15t/h cattle feed production line, which can also be called a grass pellet production line. The production line will use various feeds as raw materials, and the main raw material in the early stage is hemp.
