  • Generally, we can divide the raw materials into two parts:one need to be crushed,the other need not. So when we feed material to the chicken feed production line, we will first separately feed them to different channels: particle materials go through feeding port to the chicken feed grinder, mash materials go through feeding port to the chicken feed mixer machine directly.
  • Usually, there are impurities in the particle material, so they will first be put into the pre-cleaner to remove the stones, clods and ropes etc. from them, and the go to the permanent magnetic tube to remove the iron part.

For chicken pellet feed, the chicken mash feed will go to the following chicken feed making machines:

After cooling, the temperature of the chicken feed pellets will be about 2-3℃ above the room temperature and with 13% moisture more or less.
  • Usually we will add chicken pellet crumble under the pellet cooler machine. If we are to make small pellets for chicken, directly making it from the chicken feed pellet machine will reduce the capacity of the whole chicken feed plant and cost more energy, we can first make bigger chicken feed pellets and then send it to crumble to make it smaller.

According to customer needs, RICHI installation engineers will guide the construction of site infrastructure, equipment installation and commissioning and trial operation of the entire production line throughout the process. When the relevant project indicators reach the design standards, the client will carry out the project acceptance.

We provide comprehensive and systematic training for the technical staff of each customer to better serve the customer's project needs.

After the technicians have finished their studies, RICHI will provide follow-up technical support services, and the training engineers will follow up the project use effects in the later stage to ensure the stable operation of the customer's project.
