A pulse-jet dust collector also known as pulse jet baghouse and pulse jet fabric filter refers to a dust collector using a pulse-jet cleaning system to remove the collected dust particles from the surface of the filter media by injecting high-pressure compressed air

The pulse dust collector has several sets of pulse valves according to the size of the dust collector, all of which are controlled by the pulse controller or PLC, so this can make the pulse dust collector work while removing dust.
When the pulse dust collector is working, the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet duct, and the large-diameter dust particles can directly fall on the bottom of the ash hopper, while the small-diameter dust particles turn with the airflow and enter the middle box and the bottom. In the cabinet, the filtered dust is directly deposited on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the filtered gas directly enters the upper cabinet to the exhaust duct of the clean air collecting pipe, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust fan.
