This wood bamboo pellet production line in Myanmar project is a small biomass fuel processing project, which mainly uses bamboo and wood as raw materials. In addition to processing fuel pellets, the customer also built a bamboo product processing production line for processing bamboo chopsticks, bamboo sticks and other products.

Austria 5t/h biomass wood pellet plant is used for making 8mm wood pellets. From design, construction, civil engineering, motors to wood pellet making machine are all contracted by RICHI. The project has a staff capacity of 6 people, with a single shift of 8-16 hours and an effective working time of 300 days per year. After the completion of the project, the annual output of biomass pellets will be 20,000 tons.

This is our sixth wood pellet production line in Canada. We have currently exported more than 20 biomass pellet production lines to Canada, covering a processing scale of 0.3-15t/h. The raw material of this Canada 2-3t/h customized wood pellet production plant is 50% moisture wood chips , 50% moisture sawdust, and the final size requirement is 6-12mm.

The biomass pelletizing plant in Kyrgyzstan project has an investment of 70,000 US dollars and an annual output of 1,600 tons. The project has 5 employees, the production line runs 8 hours a day, and 300 days a year. The project mainly uses wood waste and straw waste as raw materials.

This is a 8-12t/h wood pellet production line in Venezuela project. The main products of this project are molded biomass pellet fuels, and the annual output of molded biomass pellet fuels is expected to be 30,000 tons, including 20,000 tons of husk molded biomass pellet fuels and 10,000 tons of sawdust/straw molded biomass pellet fuels.

With the continuous increase in energy demand and the further improvement of environmental awareness, the waste wood processing pellet market has shown a rapid growth trend. This Côte d'Ivoire wood fuel pellet production line project uses wooden pallets and demolition waste as the main raw materials. The recyclability of wooden pallets reduces resource waste, and the processing of demolition waste into pellets replaces traditional high-pollution energy such as coal, which helps environmental protection.

The client of this project is from Turkey. The 6t/h biomass wood pellet production line in Turkey project uses the built standard factory building for renovation. It mainly processes biomass compacted fuel, with an annual output of 30,000 tons of biomass pellet fuel, covering an area of about 2,300m².

This is a 1-1.5 ton wood pellet production line project, and it is also our 8th project exported to Indonesia. Indonesia is a key sales area for RICHI MACHINERY. We have exported more than 20 pellet production lines to Indonesia, with a total of more than 400 equipment, covering wood pellets, livestock and poultry feed, aquatic feed, straw pellets, grass pellets, cat litter pellets, organic fertilizer pellets and other processing fields.

The client is a micro-enterprise engaged in the processing and production of biomass pellets, with an annual output of 500 tons. Its business scope includes biomass fuel processing, wood processing, and biomass pellet fuel sales. Based on the growing demand for biomass pellets in Europe, the client plans to invest $130,000 in the existing site to upgrade existing equipment and facilities to build a renewable resource utilization project with an annual output of 10,000 tons of biomass wood pellets.

This Denmark wood pellet plant project is our 47th biomass fuel processing project in Europe. Like most European biomass projects, this project uses wood waste (logs, sawdust, wood chips) as the main raw material to process pellet products that meet the ENplus standard.
