Country: New Zealand
This is a 5-ton biomass fuel pellet production line in New Zealand project, and it is also the 25th pellet production line we have built in New Zealand. The project mainly produces 20,000 tons of wood pellets and 5,000 tons of straw pellets per year. In addition to some self-use, most of the products of this project will be sold to the outside world.
Country: Colombia
This is our 10th pellet production line project exported to Colombia and the 40th biomass pellet production line we have established in South America. This project is a 5-6t/h straw wood pellet production line with an ultimate annual output of 30,000 tons. The investment amount of this project is US$280,000.
Country: Malaysia
This is a large-scale wood pellet factory project with an output of 15 tons per hour, located in Malaysia. The project uses waste wood and straw as the main raw materials. According to the needs of customers, we have reserved a 5t/h palm waste crushing system for them. When the wood or straw raw materials are insufficient, palm shells or palm fruit bunches are directly used as supplements.

This is a straw pellet production line in Uruguay project with an output of 8 tons per hour, using soybean straw and corn straw as the main raw materials. The pellets processed by this project are mainly used as fuel pellets, and can also be used as roughage for ruminant cattle and sheep.

This is a rice husk straw pellet plant in United States project that uses corn stalks, corn cobs and rice husks to process pellet fuel. Among the pellet processing projects we have done in the United States, this is a special one, because other fuel pellet production lines basically use wood waste as raw materials, while in this project, agricultural and forestry waste is the main raw material.
Country: Russia
The straw pellet production line in Russia project produces 45,000 tons of biomass pellet fuel annually. It mainly builds 1 drying yard, 3 production workshops, 1 office building, guard room, power distribution room, employee shift dormitory and other supporting facilities. There are 10 employees in this project. The working system is two shifts, 20 hours a day, and 350 working days a year.

Facing the rapid development of the market, the client of this straw wood pellet production line in Kazakhstan project, a timber mill from Kazakhstan, followed the market demand, took advantage of its own strength and advantages, invested 300,000 US dollars, used the existing factory buildings, and purchased 30 equipment such as wood pelletizers, crushers, and pulverizers. After the completion of the project, 8,000 tons of biomass pellets will be processed annually.

This project is a 2t/h Bulgarian straw pellet production line project. The customer uses straw and sawdust to process straw feed and biomass pellet fuel. The project has a fixed staff of 12 people. 2 shifts, 16h/d, 300d/a, 6 people per shift.

This is an Algeria straw pellet production line project, and it is also our 16th project in Algeria. At present, our projects exported to Algeria cover feed processing, biomass pellet processing, organic fertilizer processing and cat litter processing.

This is a 2t/h wood pellet manufacturing plant in Ghana project. The customer uses waste wood, old templates, sawdust, and furniture scraps to process wood fuel pellets. The annual output of the project is 10,000 tons. The project has 10 employees, working in two shifts, 8 hours per shift, and 300 working days per year.

The client of this 4t/h straw pellet production line in Mexico project owns a wood mill. Based on the good market prospects of biomass pellets, it plans to use the existing production workshop to build a biomass pellet production line, purchase straw processing equipment, biomass pellet production equipment, and supporting power distribution, water supply and drainage, environmental protection and other facilities.

The 10-12t/h bamboo wood pellet production line in Bengal project builds two new factories, a comprehensive building and a guardhouse, covering an area of 1,795m2, relying on the existing power supply and water supply and drainage projects.

50,000-3,000,000 USD, this is the biomass pellet project cost. This price is mainly the equipment cost, and the cost of raw materials, civil engineering, personnel, and energy must be added. In addition, there are many scattered expenses from project approval to project completion, but in general, the main investment in building a biomass pellet line project is concentrated in equipment, raw materials, personnel, and energy costs.

Yes, most customers will use more than one biomass feedstock. The feedstocks can be similar, like straw and hay, or very different, like wood and palm waste. Depending on the type of feedstock, we will customize the biomass pellet processing process to suit your feedstock. No matter how difficult your feedstock is to handle, no matter how high the moisture content is, no matter how many feedstocks you have, RICHI Machinery will have a solution. This is our promise.
Generally speaking, it takes 15-90 days to build a biomass pellet production line. If all processing equipment, construction equipment, installation equipment, and personnel are ready, it can often be completed within the specified time depending on the output of the biomass pellet production line.
